What are your delivery price?
Delivery price is based on the weight of your product.
When will my order be delivered?
This varies depending on the item and the destination. Some items we hold in stock but others we make to order. If you would like the item for a special date then it is best to get in touch and we can let you know how soon it can be delivered. We can generally accommodate any deadline as long as we have been told. On the whole most items are shipped within10-15days of the order being placed.
Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?
Absolutely. We offer a7-day refund policy as long as the item has not been worn or damaged. Please get in touch via email sissi_wangxilian@hotmail.com and we will give you all the details to return it.
However please note that earrings due to hygiene reasons cannot be refunded. Bespoke items that are made to measure or adapted to your specifications unfortunately cannot be refunded as they have been specially made to for you and we cannot re-sell.
Are the products pictured actual size?
Unfortunately is is not possible to have the pictures actual size as computer and phone screens vary in size. However we always try to put as much detail in the description but any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch via email sissi_wangxilian@hotmail.com
